Throw away that bottle of half-finished pesto at the back of the fridge – with NoMU Stir you can make your own pesto, when you need it. All you have to do is stir in hot water and olive oil for instant pesto that’s as delish as it is easy. The rehydratable pesto tastes awesome spread over freshly grilled bruschetta, added to pasta sauces, drizzled over oven-roasted vegetables, or simply used to dunk freshly baked bread. It’s the perfect quick-fix for hungry foodies!
You can conjure up a feast in minutes with this pesto blend of sun-dried tomato, garlic, basil, oregano and parsley.
It’s guaranteed to taste great mixed into (or spread onto) just about anything!
You can vary the consistency to suit your requirements by adding more or less hot water and extra virgin olive oil.
- Place 2 tbsp STIR in a bowl, add 5 tbsp hot water and stir.
- Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- Stir until you have a smooth pesto.
- Spread onto freshly baked bread or use to dip, dunk, drizzle or marinade.

Roasted vegetable salad, chicken salad, or just a fresh garden salad, STIR will make a great salad dressing for all!
3 tbsp NoMU STIR tomato & herb
100ml hot water
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Place the Stir tomato & herb in a bowl or measuring jug. Add the water and stir to hydrate. Add the olive oil and stir again to combine well. Finally add a splash of balsamic vinegar and set aside to cool before drizzling over your salad.
Alternatively, pour your Stir salad dressing in a bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 4 days. Remember to give the bottle a good shake before serving.
