North African Feast
Serves 4
Grill on the barbeque on medium heat, for about 5-7 mintues, Do not overcook, or they will dry out. Serve with couscous. We suggest a savory version with vegetables like zucchini, potato, carrot, turnip and onion cooked intheir own broth. Cut the vegetables in large pieces and cook in broth, uncovered until the vegetables are soft.
Serve with warm pita bread, mixed green and black olives, Harissa, Tunisian hot sauce and mint tea.
