We use several different varieties of chocolate, blending them as necessary so that each of our products has the best balance of sweet, rich flavor. For our chocolate coated products, we add a thin covering of semi-sweet chocolate, which creates a more complex and sophisticated taste.
We also offer many different flavors, and we’ve taken great care to ensure that each flavor is the best possible blend of flavoring and chocolate
All of our flavorings are natural, with nothing artificial, and we never add any preservatives. Some of the pairings have walnuts and others are without nuts, so there are many choices of both types. Whatever your preference, you’re sure to find something you love.
We pay special attention to our chocolate, of course, but we also ensure that the sugar, butter and walnuts in our fudge are of the highest quality. We also use generous helpings of each, because we don’t add any preservatives, fillers or nonessential ingredients. It’s all about the taste, and we achieve the best results when we keep it simple and don’t cut corners. Try some and you’ll see.
Storage and Refrigeration
It is always best to store our chocolate in a refrigerator and in a sealed plastic bag to limit condensation. We also recommend serving our chocolate at room temperature, approximately 1 hour after removing it from the refrigerator.
Sometimes chocolate can “bloom,” developing a white coating that is completely harmless. It is caused from the butter in the chocolate migrating to the outside of the product, and does not affect the taste.
