Our philosophy in developing the Wild Thymes line is to create products andrecipes that are distinctive and sophisticated in their combinations of
flavors, healthy, and simple to use. We seek out traditional American farm-
fresh ingredients and combine them with diverse flavors from around the world.
Study our label and you will find that our products are 100% natural, without
any artificial preservatives or additives. They are free of cholesterol and
sulfites, extremely low in calories, carbohydrates, and salt, and most are
fat and gluten free. We make every single product on our family farm in New
York's Hudson Valley. Our products are now certified kosher (except where
indicated), a testament to the purity and quality of our products. Our
reputation has been built on the creativity and unsurpassed quality of our
products which have been developed to fit today's busy lifestyle. We hope you

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Most in-stock items should
arrive on your doorstep 3-5 business days after receipt of your order. If you
use the Expedited shipping option (UPS Next Day Air), your products should
arrive on your doorstep one business day after receipt of your order.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories may take
longer to arrive and will have a higher cost. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box;
we need the recipient~{!/~}s full street address.
Wild Thymes processes orders received before 12 noon EST on the same business
day. Orders received after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, complete with a tracking
number, when your order is shipped. To check the status of your order, simply
e-mail or call us with your tracking number and we will get back to you with
the information within one business day.
Returns Policy:
Wild Thymes offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and is committed to providingexcellent customer service. If you are dissatisfied with you order for any
reason, or if your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you may return
it within 10 days. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
1. Obtain an authorization number by contacting Customer Service at
customerservice@wildthymes.com, (800) 724-2877 or (518) 966-5990.
2. Repack the product using the original packing materials. Please pack the
return items with extreme care, as the glass bottles are very fragile.
3. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the authorization number.

We will refund your original shipping charges if the return is due to an error
on the part of Wild Thymes. In the case of a return, the returned merchandise
can either be credited to your credit card or replaced.
